Early check-in is possible if we do not have guests checking out on the day of your arrival. As we often receive last minute bookings, it is not possible to confirm an early arrival until closer to your arrival date. Please request an early check-in after booking.

Leamington Spa – We have 2-3 parking spaces in the car park to the rear, but it can be a little difficult to manoeuvre when busy. Alternatively, there is unrestricted parking out on the street and always ample space, so we recommend parking there.
Warrington – we have sufficient spaces for one vehicle per apartment. If you are bringing more than one vehicle, please contact us for options.
Lancaster – we have a dedicated parking space for one vehicle (note there is a height restriction)
We can provide a travel cot with mattress and bedding – There is an additional fee of £40 per stay for this and it must be requested in advance
We will accept one house trained pet in some of our apartments for an additional fee of £40 per stay. Please contact us for further information
All bed linen and towels are provided free of charge, just bring toiletries.
Due to the waste produced from un-used packaging, and it’s affect on the environment, we do not provide toiletries, other than liquid hand soap.
All apartments have at least one hairdryer provided.
Most apartments have a washing machine. Where there is not a washing machine in the apartment, there will be access to a communal one in the building.
We do not have tumble driers at the apartments, only drying racks to air dry your washing. There is a launderette at the top of the road (few minutes walk) where they have large industrial dryers to use if required
No parties are allowed in the apartments and unauthorised guests are strictly prohibited. The communal areas are monitored by CCTV and anyone breaking these rules will be asked to leave immediately.
We do not do one night stays. We have a minimum 2 to 5 night stay depending on the time of year.
